Hi, I'm Vaishali.

I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Rutgers University and nearly 10 years of experience in mental health care.

I founded 360 Mental Healing LLC to provide medication management and mental health support to adults in New Jersey and beyond. Over the years, I've seen the same thing happen again and again: patients leave appointments with a prescription in hand, but without enough information to feel confident about what's ahead.

That gap — between what providers can explain in a 20-minute visit and what patients actually need to know — is exactly why I created 360 Mind Shop.
